Ms. CHING joined HBS Notary Public as a Legal Advisor since 2015. She has been a Notary Trainee at Royal School of Notary in Cambodia since 2013.
She worked at Notary Public Office in France for six months to perform in Notary Public’s job fields during training. She graduated in her Master’s Degree in Law, majoring Land and Property Laws, from Royal University of Laws and Economic Science (RULE) and University Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in 2013. Also, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Law from RULE in 2011.
She speaks Khmer, English and French.
