Senior Legal Advisor
In 2009, Mr. SENG obtained his Master’s Degree in Land and Patrimony Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia, and University Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France.
He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, and the University Lumière Lyon 2, France, in 2007. Mr. SENG has served as a legal researcher at the Office of Co-investigating Judges, Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) since 2008. After joining HBS Law in 2009, Mr. SENG worked in the following areas of law: family, real estate, intellectual property, banking and finance. He now works for HBS Notary Public.
